Guided Tours
Let our costumed educators, bring the Golden Hinde and its history to life. Learn about life at sea for both the officers and ordinary sailors, hear tales of Drake’s voyage around the world, and learn about weapons and warfare in the 16th Century.

Tudor Fun Day
This new Fun Day brings Tudor history to life in a unique way that children will love! Gory stories, fun Tudor games and mock battle will leave everyone enlightened and entertained.

Family Overnight Living History - Sleepover on the Golden Hinde
An unforgettable Living History Experience for children between 6-11 years old (accompanied by an adult). After an afternoon and evening of activities on board the ship, and a tasty Tudor dinner (vegetable stew and bread), children and parents have the opportunity to sleep on the gundeck amongst the cannons. A Tudor breakfast of bread and cheese is provided in the morning, followed by a snack of hot chocolate as you return to the 21st Century.

Pirate Workshops
Bring your little pirates to our pirate workshop where they will raise the anchor, learn how to fire the cannons and find the hidden treasure on board the ship.
