Let our costumed actors bring the Golden Hinde and its history to life. Learn about life at sea for both the officers and ordinary sailors, hear tales of Drake’s voyage around the world, and learn about weapons and warfare in the 16th century.

PIRATE FUN DAY
Meet our dastardly crew, come dressed as a pirate, follow a guided tour, join a treasure hunt and listen to tales of famous pirates! There is a morning and afternoon session to pick from but your ticket is valid all day!

Family Overnight Living History - Sleepover on the Golden Hinde!
An unforgettable Living History Experience. After an evening of activities on board the ship, and a tasty Tudor dinner (vegetable stew and bread), children (accompanied by parents) will bed down for the night on the gun deck amongst the cannons, just like the original crew. A Tudor breakfast of bread and cheese is provided in the morning, followed by a snack and hot chocolate as you return to the 21st century! Suitable for children aged 6-11 years old.
